Summer is fun at DHMC Click to view or download. Summer Program The best kept secret for summer is that learning can be fun! If children can experience academics as play…imagine what they can do! A Montessori-enriched summer program is in session for nine or ten weeks from June through August. Weekly science themes, daily math and language, physical education, art, technology and weekly in-house presentations and/or field trips fill the weeks of summer with fun for children ages 3 to 12 years old. Half and full day programs for preschoolers and elementary children are offered. Camps run from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The program operates from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. for those who need extended hours.
